Spring Comes to Kyiv

Today’s new photo gallery got us out to the center of the City around St. Michael’s and St. Sophia’s Cathedrals (those names ar easy to remember). We also went by the wooden "Misha" statue. This is a wooden replica of the famous Misha Bear, mascot of the 1980 Moscow Olympics. Snow is almost gone – HOOOO-RAH!!!

Spring – At Last

Spring has arrived. We are all over-joyed. I’ve added a new album today of Nadia at her spring dance recital – free-form ballroom dance including the cha-cha, waltz, rumba and a variant of the Texas Two-Step. Tommy, the Chunkmeister continues to grow. He’s a really pleasant young man and we love him to pieces. He, like his sister is liking the keyboard.

 

Next weekend we start exploring more out of town. Can’t wait.
